My tracking link is not working?
If your tracking link is not working or displays an error, don't worry—this is completely normal. It may take some time for the shipping company to update the tracking information. If your tracking link is relatively new, please allow a few days for the system to reflect accurate details.
However, if it’s been over a week and there has been no update, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!
Can I make changes to my order after I placed it?
Yes no worries! If you've placed your order within the last 24 hours, before the production phase begins, you can make any changes to your order that'd you'd like!
If 24 hours have already passed, you may try contacting us but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with the order number, your full name, and the correct shipping address.
If we haven't shipped out your order yet, there should be no problem in changing the address!
How can I track my order?
You should have normally received a confirmation email when your order was shipped, which includes the tracking information. You can check the current status of your parcel through this information.
If you haven't received this email yet, it means your order hasn't been shipped yet so we ask you to be patient. Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of ordering, if it's been significantly longer than that, please contact us and we will see what the issue is!
